• How do i uninstall drivers?
   

   

  To uninstall drivers go to Start --> Control Panel --> (switch to Classical View) --> System --> Hardware --> Device Manager. From here you need to find your AV Labs product: TV tuner cards are under Multi Media devices. USB devices should be under the Universal Serial Bus controller or in some case under Multimedia or Imaging devices. Once you have found your products right click on the name and select Uninstall Driver. Once the driver is uninstalled reset your computer.
• My AVL680 digital TV tuner will not get reception for some or all channels.
   

   

  The best solution for this is to use an external antenna. If you are still having problems contact Tech support.
• My TV tuner gets a picture but no sound. what do I do?
   

   

  This is caused by a corrupt install and as a result all the soft ware that came with the unit must be uninstalled and reinstalled. It is vital that you remove the TV tuner drivers to do this follow the step by step instruction under the How To section.
• Will my I-Pod NANO Gen2 to work in my AVL847 Clock Dock?
   

   

  The Gen2 NANO will work in the AVL847 but you need to insure that it is firmly pushed down the adaptor as far as possible.
